Safa Nessmarie Rodas is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various high-profile kitchens. Currently serving as Chef De Cuisine at Melco Resorts & Entertainment since January 2020, Safa previously held the position of Executive Sous Chef at Voyages by Alain Ducasse from February 2019 to December 2020, and also at Benoit Alain Ducasse Enterprise from September 2013 to December 2018. The culinary journey began with foundational roles, including Sous Chef and Culinary Trainee at Benoit Alain Ducasse Enterprise and an Assistant de Commis de Cuisine internship at Le Jules Verne. Early experiences included event organization for Cultura Organization and volunteering at Enderun Colleges, alongside service staff duties at Restaurant 101.
