Rebecca Frye

Rebecca Frye is a seasoned proposal and business development professional with extensive experience in the defense and federal sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Proposal Coordinator at MELE Associates since October 2017, Rebecca specializes in preparing high-quality, compliant proposals and presentations for Department of Defense and Federal Government/Civilian Agencies. Prior roles include Senior Proposal Analyst at BAE Systems and Proposal Specialist/Manager at Johnson Controls, along with a foundational position as Business Development and Proposal Coordinator at JUPITER Corporation. Rebecca holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business from Montgomery College and has additional education from the University of Southern Connecticut.
