Ana Hartmann has extensive experience in customer service and sales within the hospitality sector, currently serving as a Contact Center Agent for Global Digital Sales & Marketing at Meliá Hotels International since February 2015. Responsibilities include managing reservations for individuals, businesses, and travel agencies, as well as handling customer inquiries and complaints through phone and web platforms, utilizing Salesforce.
