Antonio Sierra

Antonio Sierra is a seasoned legal professional with over 30 years of experience in civil and commercial law. Currently serving as Global Legal Vice President and Regional General Counsel America for Meliá Hotels International since January 2021, Antonio has a robust background that includes founding DENOM LEGAL and serving as Legal Counsel at GRUP MARITIM TCB, and Legal Vice President at SOL MELIA S.A. Previous experience also includes positions as Senior Lawyer at SEAT S.A. and Associate Lawyer at Cuatrecasas. Antonio holds a Master's degree in European Law and has completed PhD courses at Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, in addition to a Licenciado in Law from Universitat de Barcelona. Notably, Antonio specializes in public procurement processes, particularly in concessions for investment and development of port terminals.
