Elena de la Torre Díaz has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Elena began their career as the Director of Marketing for Hoteles Tryp in 1998. Elena then transitioned to Sol Melia, where they held various roles, including Brand Manager and Director of Marketing and Sales for the UK and Scandinavian countries. In 2004, Elena co-founded MKBRAND and served as the General Director. Elena later joined Rafaelhoteles as the Commercial, Marketing, Revenue, and Distribution Director. Elena then moved to Meliá Hotels International, where they held multiple roles, including Digital Sales & Marketing Director for Spain & Mediterranean, and Global Customer Experience Contact Center Director / Digital Channel Director. Elena'sresponsibilities at Meliá Hotels International included leading the digital transformation, managing omnichannel operations, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer experience.
