Léo Freund

Léo Freund is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as HR Manager for France at Meliá Hotels International since January 2022, Léo has previously held several roles at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, including Associate Director of Human Resources and a series of HR-related positions from 2015 to 2022. Léo's career began with an internship as a receptionist at Hôtel du Palais in 2011. Academically, Léo holds a Master's degree in Hospitality Management from IAE Savoie Mont Blanc and has studied at various institutions, including FH-Wien der WKW in Austria and Yeditepe Üniversitesi in Turkey, obtaining a comprehensive foundation in hospitality management.
