Zhi Yi Ng is an accomplished professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in food and beverage service and training. Currently serving as the Assistant Training Manager at Meliá Hotels International since March 2024, Zhi Yi has previously held roles such as Assistant Manager at Areni Wines, where responsibilities included guest service, sales support, and inventory management. Prior to that, Zhi Yi was a Food and Beverage Captain and Server at Nobu Restaurant Kuala Lumpur, contributing to team training and enhancing guest experiences through detailed food knowledge.
