Mike McDonnell has a strong background in sales and business development. Mike started their career in 1999 as the Eastern Region Sales Manager at Logicalis. Mike then joined HP in 2000, where they held various roles including Region Sales Manager, RSM, and WW Sales Dev Mgr. In 2007, they joined Melillo Consulting as the Director of Business Development. In 2009, they became the Vice President of Sales at SmartDrive Systems. Mike then moved to Intact Technology in 2011 as the VP of Sales and Marketing. Finally, in 2012, they returned to Melillo Consulting as the Director of Business Development.

Mike McDonnell attended the College of the Holy Cross from 1974 to 1978, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics.
