Steve Cerbone

Steve Cerbone has over 40 years of experience in the IT industry. Steve worked at Melillo Consulting as the Director of Business Development since November 2012. In this role, they help customers identify and implement emerging technology solutions to improve their existing systems. With their background as a technical engineer, they are able to understand and address IT challenges effectively. Prior to their role at Melillo Consulting, Steve worked at Hewlett-Packard for 32 years. During their time there, they served as a Software Sales Specialist, Software Solution Architect, and held various software development and engineering roles.

Steve Cerbone has an educational background in computer science and accounting. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh, where they studied from 1978 to 1980. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Accounting from the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill, where they studied from 1976 to 1978.

In terms of additional certifications, Steve Cerbone has obtained several credentials. In May 2022, they became a Certified Expert in Automic Automation Sales and a Proven Professional in Automic Automation Sales, both from Broadcom Inc. Furthermore, in April 2022, they obtained the ITOM Partner Certified Sales Professional (MFCSP) certification from Micro Focus.
