Erica A Kalmar

Erica A Kalmar has extensive experience in human resources, including serving as the Director of Human Resources at Melillo Consulting since February 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Benefits Manager at CATHOLIC CHARITIES DIOCESE OF METUCHEN for over 15 years. Before their time at CATHOLIC CHARITIES DIOCESE OF METUCHEN, they were a Sr. Human Resources Generalist at Mack-Cali Corporation for a brief period in 2004. Erica's early career included a long tenure as a Benefits Administrator at Novartis Consumer Health, spanning from 1986 to 2002.

Erica A. Kalmar holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Kean College of New Jersey. Erica A also has a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Kean University.
