Shona Martin

Shona Martin has extensive experience in research, policy development, and data protection, currently serving in a managerial role at Melin Homes since January 2014. Prior to this, Shona held the position of Ageing Strategy Manager at the Welsh Government, where responsibilities included developing proposals for the third phase of a strategy focused on the ageing population in Wales. Shona also managed a housing advice service for older homeowners as Agency Manager at Care and Repair Monmouthshire and led a welfare benefits advice service for the community as Benefits Advice Manager at Monmouthshire County Council. Shona holds a Master's degree in Ageing Studies from Swansea University and has a background in education from Whitburn Academy.
