Steven Dratler

Steven Dratler has held various roles in the golf industry since 2007. Steven began their career as an Assistant Golf Professional at Essex County Country Club. In 2010, they joined COBRA PUMA GOLF and held multiple roles including Manager, Supervisor, and Customer Service Representative for Inside Sales. In 2017, they moved to Nevada SM, LLC as a Marketing Manager. Steven then worked as a Sales Representative at Palm Golf Co. and Bad Birdie from 2018 to 2019. Their most recent role is MPP Project Manager at Melin, which they began in 2022.

Steven Dratler's education history includes attending The Army and Navy Academy from 1998 to 2001, University of Arizona from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a degree in Journalism with a field of study in Communications, and Golf Academy of America-Carlsbad from 2006 to 2007, where they obtained a degree in Business Management with a field of study in General Sales, Merchandising and Related Marketing Operations. Additionally, they have certifications in LEAN Manufacturing from Osterling Consulting, Inc. and LEAN Production.
