Fabrizio Tondolo

Fabrizio Tondolo serves as the VP Head of Medical at Melinta Therapeutics since August 2024. Previously, Tondolo held the position of VP Global Head of Medical Affairs and Outcomes Research at Organon from June 2021 to October 2023, where responsibilities included leading a medical organization of over 300 employees, managing a $97 million budget, and participating in the R&D Leadership Team. Tondolo also served as the VP, Medical Lead of International Markets, overseeing medical teams across 34 markets. Prior experience includes roles at MSD from July 2016 to June 2021, where Tondolo was the AVP, Medical Lead for the NewCo spin-off, and the AVP, Global Lead Medical Strategy, overseeing infectious disease and vaccine initiatives, alongside a role as AVP, US Medical Lead for Hospital and Specialty. Academically, Tondolo completed Executive Education at Harvard Business School and earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Bologna.
