Tim Brady

Tim Brady has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, starting with their role as a Contracts Management Intern at Astra in 1996. Tim then worked as a Chapter Consultant for The Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity from 1997 to 1999, followed by their position as Director of Chapter Services at The Pi Kappa Alpha International Fraternity from 1999 to 2001. In 2002, they joined Johnson & Johnson and held various roles, including Oncology Product Specialist and Oncology Institutional Product Specialist. Tim also served as an Oncology District Sales Manager and Oncology Territory Manager during their time at Johnson & Johnson. In 2008, Tim joined AMAG Pharmaceuticals as a Renal Sales Specialist before progressing to the roles of Sales Training Manager, Senior Product Marketing Manager, and West Regional Sales Director in the Hematology/Oncology Division. Tim achieved success as the top sales region in the nation in 2019. Covis Pharma acquired AMAG Pharmaceuticals in November 2020, and Tim continued their role as Regional Sales Director, responsible for the sales strategy and promotion of a supportive care product in hematology/oncology across twelve states in the West. Tim also provided coaching and career development for a team of specialty sales professionals. Tim joined Melinta Therapeutics in 2023 as a Regional Sales Director for the West region.

Tim Brady attended Saint Joseph's University - Erivan K. Haub School of Business, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmaceutical Marketing. Additionally, Tim has acquired various certifications, including a Marketing Strategy Certificate from Cornell University. Tim has also completed several professional development courses on platforms such as LinkedIn, covering topics such as developing business acumen, improving listening skills, persuasive selling, time management, creating favorable conditions for others, management foundations, and networking for sales professionals.
