Jeovanie Fernandez

Jeovanie Fernandez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and training. Currently serving as a Non-Teaching Adjunct at City University of New York-Herbert H. Lehman College, Jeovanie is responsible for choreography for the 2023 Spring Dance Concert. At Melio, Jeovanie holds the position of Learning and Development Specialist, overseeing product updates, optimizing customer experience processes, and developing training programs. Previous roles include Senior CX Associate at Melio, Customer Service Specialist at Proper Cloth, Crew at Trader Joe's, and Lead Stylist at J.Crew, among others. Jeovanie holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Multimedia in Performing Arts from City University of New York-Herbert H.
