Keren Zafrir

Keren Zafrir is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in total rewards and people operations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Total Rewards & People Ops at Melio since June 2022, Keren previously held multiple leadership roles at Sisense, including Senior Director, Global Total Rewards & IL People, and Director of Compensation and Benefits. Earlier experience includes working as a C&B Analyst at Zviran Compensation & Benefits Solutions Ltd from July 2014 to November 2019. Keren holds a B.A. in Economics and Management, with a focus on Finance and IT Systems, from The College of Management Academic Studies, completed in 2011.
