Natalia Tkach

Natalia Tkach is a Compliance Manager and Compliance Lead at Melio since February 2023, previously serving as a Business Consultant at EY from January 2021 to March 2023, where responsibilities included formulating and implementing remediation plans for compliance and anti-money laundering issues. Prior experience includes working as a Lawyer at M. Firon & Co. Commercial Litigation from March 2018 to December 2020, managing a variety of legal conflicts, and serving as a Sergeant First Class in the Ground Corps Planning & Organization Department of the Israel Defense Forces from July 2009 to September 2014, overseeing planning and infrastructure projects. Natalia holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from The College of Management Academic Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Expanded Social Sciences from Bar-Ilan University.
