Erin McManus

Erin McManus is the Director of Enrollment Compliance and Operations at Northeastern University, where responsibilities include leading the Enrollment Management IT Systems Leadership Team and managing the execution of the enrollment agreement regulatory process across the university's global campuses. Previously, Erin held the position of IT Program Manager for the Global Campus System Expansion Program. Prior to joining Northeastern University, Erin served as Director at John Hancock, leading technical program management and serving as the Lead Scrum Master. Erin's earlier experience includes a role as Vice President in the Information Technology Division at State Street Corporation, focusing on project management consulting. Erin holds a degree in Information Security Management from Northeastern University, a Commonwealth of Massachusetts Educators' Licensure from Bridgewater State University, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
