Ivan Cheung

Ivan Cheung is a seasoned professional in strategic communications and digital strategy, currently serving as the Chief Program Development Officer at Meliore Foundation since April 2025. Prior to this role, Ivan held several significant positions, including Network Director of Digital Strategy at the Global Strategic Communications Council and Digital Director of Strategic Communications at the European Climate Foundation. Ivan's earlier experience includes leadership roles at the Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee, Blue State Digital, and Human Rights Watch, among others. Ivan earned a BSc in Government from The London School of Economics and Political Science, having previously attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
