Nodary Zizov

Nodary Zizov has served as a member of Melisron’s board since March 2019. Mr. Zizov is a certified accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a graduate degree in Law. Mr. Zizov is an experienced financial manager in the real estate and holdings sector. In the past he has held senior positions including CFO of the investment fund Bayit Vegag, CFO of the public company Energix Renewable Energies Ltd, and several executive positions in the holding company Alony Hetz. In addition to his service as a company director, Mr. Zizov also serves as CFO of Ofer Investments Ltd, the controlling owner of the company, and is a director in privately owned subsidiaries of the Ofer Group.
