Rinat Gazit

Rinat Gazit has served as an external director of Melisron since 2016. She heads the Financial Statements Committee and is a member of the company’s Audit and Remuneration and Hiring Committees. Ms. Gazit holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Sociology, and Anthropology, and a graduate degree in Business Administration. Ms. Gazit has extensive experience in the field of finance and investments and has held numerous senior executive positions. In the past she served as head of M&A of Shikun & Binui Group, VP of Poalim Capital Markets, and has held numerous senior executive positions in acquisitions, issuances, and project management in the BSG Group. In addition to her position as external director, Ms. Gazit is also a consultant on M&A issues and serves as a director of Vitania Real Estate Ltd, Alium Medical Ltd, Aeronautics Ltd, Ratio Petroleum Energy LP, Delta Galil Industries Ltd, and others.
