Kelly Smith

Kelly Smith has extensive experience in project management and data analysis, currently serving as a Project Manager for Development at Melissa since March 2017, overseeing the Empire Project to ensure data pipeline success. Prior roles include Data Specialist positions at Melissa and Expedia, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed data analysis and technical documentation. Kelly has also contributed to E-Commerce classification at Sears Home Services and managed large-scale events for USC Events. Previous experience includes operational project management at Microsoft, establishment of a non-profit at Our Sacred Acres, and a background in human resources with the US Army. Kelly holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Delaware, complemented by minors in Biology and Philosophy.
