Ashley Emig

Ashley Emig has worked in various roles throughout their career. Ashley is currently the Vice President of Sales at Melissa & Doug since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Retail Monster LLC, where they held the positions of Senior Director Sales & Licensing from June 2021 to May 2023, and Director of Licensing and Sales from August 2017 to June 2021. Before that, they worked as a National Account Manager at Spectrum Brands, Inc from December 2015 to August 2017. Ashley also has experience working at Walmart, where they held multiple roles, including Buyer from July 2013 to December 2015, Associate Buyer from January 2012 to July 2013, Merchandise Planner from September 2011 to January 2012, and Financial Planning Analyst from April 2011 to August 2011. Ashley was also part of the Merchant Leadership Program Trainee at Walmart from June 2010 to March 2011. Additionally, Ashley has previous experience as a Fashion Merchandising Intern at Rafaella Design Group from June 2009 to August 2009.

Ashley Emig earned their Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a focus on Entrepreneurship from Brigham Young University. Ashley attended the university from 2006 to 2010 and also studied at the Marriott School of Management during that time. In 2015, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Arkansas. Ashley'sstudies at the University of Arkansas took place from 2015 to 2017.
