Alicia Krown

Alicia Krown has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Alicia began their career at Target in 2007, where they worked as an Assistant Front End Manager until 2010. After that, they joined Essex Property Trust and held various roles, including HR Assistant, Benefits Coordinator, Sr. Benefits Specialist, and Compensation Analyst. In 2015, Alicia joined Melita Group, where they first worked as a Benefit Account Manager before transitioning to the role of Solutions Advisor. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Client Success at Melita Group.

Alicia Krown pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from San Jose State University from 2008 to 2010.
