Gina Lee

Gina Lee is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various high-level roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at Melita Group since February 2022, Gina previously held the position of Head of Human Resources at Regis Technologies from November 2018 to February 2022. Earlier in the career, Gina worked at Morgan Stanley as Director of Human Resources from October 2005 to April 2015 and at PepsiCo as Manager of Human Resources from July 2004 to September 2005. Gina's experience also includes serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Baxter Healthcare between May 2001 and July 2004. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business with a focus on Human Resources & Industrial Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, both from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
