George Xuereb

George Xuereb has extensive experience in telecommunications, currently serving as the Manager of Voice Networks at Melita Ltd. since September 2008, where responsibilities include technical leadership, project management, risk management, and maintaining hardware/software lifecycles. Previously held roles at Melita include Senior Voice Systems Engineer and IP Networks Engineer, focusing on core equipment for voice and data services, network optimizations, and infrastructure design. Prior experience includes a Junior Executive position at GO plc, managing Packet Core equipment, and earlier work experiences as a student worker. George holds a B.Eng.(Hons) in Telecommunications from the University of Malta, an MSc in Telecommunication Systems from Queen Mary University of London, and completed a Leadership and Management course at PwC Academy.
