Lars Erik Brase

Lars Erik Brase is an experienced software development leader currently serving as Teamleiter Softwareentwicklung at both Melitta Professional Coffee Solutions and Melitta Group since January 2022. Prior to these roles, Lars held positions including Product Owner at DMG MORI Digital and Teamleiter Programm Management at HARTING, where also worked as an IT-Softwareentwickler. Additional experience includes leading programm management at peraMIC GmbH & Co. KG and software development roles at Höft & Wessel AG and Marktkauf IT. Lars holds a Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftsinformatik from FHDW Hannover and completed an apprenticeship in application development at bib International College Paderborn.
