Leonie Weber is an experienced professional in product and innovation management, currently serving as a Senior Product & Innovation Manager at Melitta Group since May 2016, overseeing strategic initiatives for Toppits®, Albal®, and Bacofoil® across Europe. Previously, Leonie held the position of International Junior Product Manager, where responsibilities included strategic and operational management for Swirl® and Handybag® brands. Leonie's early career at Melitta Group began with an internship in product management focused on waste management. Leonie Weber holds a Bachelor of Arts in Design Management and Project Management from Fachhochschule Südwestfalen, attained in April 2016.
