Nathália Franquito

Nathália Franquito has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Nathália'smost recent role is as a Coordinator of HR and HR Business Partner at Méliuz since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Claro Brasil for eight years, starting as a Business Partner in November 2013 and continuing in the role until July 2021. Before joining Claro Brasil, Nathália worked as a Senior HR Consultant at Gi Group from August 2009 to November 2013. Earlier in their career, they gained experience in HR roles at Laboratório Dairton Miranda from January 2009 to August 2009 and at PAT Psicologia from January 2008 to December 2008.

Nathália Franquito completed their education with a degree in Psychology from PUC Minas. Nathália attended the university from 2006 to 2010. In 2021, they pursued further education at Outra and acquired a master's degree in Human Resources Management with a specialization in Resource Management.
