Our therapy services are offered both in-person and virtually to best fit client schedule and preferences. Our Connecticut-based team is comprised of fully-licensed, master’s level therapists with a wide range of specialty areas and backgrounds, ensuring excellent clinical matches to ensure meeting clients' specific needs. We address a full array of mental health challenges including anxiety, stress management, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, and more. Each provider on our team may complete a comprehensive training course, developed by our experts and focused on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). CBT is the leading evidence-based therapy method that helps clients learn to reframe negative thought patterns and make positive changes in their behaviors and mindset.
