Holly Redfern

Holly Redfern is an experienced Operations Compliance Manager at Mellors Group, responsible for coordinating a team of over 50 staff at The Cube Live, which includes managing front of house operations and three high-tech mini golf courses. Previously, Holly worked as a Lifeguard for Gedling Borough Council, performing various tasks related to pool safety and customer service. Additional experience includes serving as a General Counsellor at Camp Canada, where Holly took on a maternal role for eight girls and helped bridge communication with a non-English speaking camper, and working as waterfront staff and a general counsellor at Camp America, ensuring the safety of 1200 campers while organizing engaging activities. Holly holds a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Lincoln.
