Natalia Otero Posada has a diverse range of work experience. Natalia is currently the Head of Customer Experience at Melonn, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Bitso as a Regional Customer Support Supervisor from 2021 to 2023. There, they were responsible for structuring the Customer Support Area and implementing strategic initiatives in multiple countries. Natalia also led training, quality assurance, and data analysis teams. Natalia also had academic assistant roles at Universidad de los Andes - Colombia in 2023 and 2022.
In 2020, Natalia worked at Mercado Libre as a Senior Project Manager. Natalia focused on achieving customer satisfaction and led the transformation strategy for over 1,500 call center agents.
Before that, they held various roles at Avianca Cargo, including Customer Care Supervisor, Product Development and Sales Supervisor, and Business Development Analyst from 2016 to 2020.
Earlier in their career, Natalia worked as a Marketing Analyst at Team Foods Colombia S.A. from 2013 to 2015, where they supported brand development and executed promotional activities. Natalia also worked as a Personal Finance Advisor at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in 2013 and as a Teacher Assistant for Marketing Introduction class at Pontificia Unniversidad Javeriana in 2012.
Natalia Otero Posada holds a Master's degree in Customer Experience and Innovation from EAE Business School, which they obtained from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed their Maestría en Mercadeo (Master's in Marketing) at Universidad de Los Andes from 2019 to 2021. Natalia began their education at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in 2008 and graduated in 2014 with a degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Business Administration.
