Vidmantas Siugzdinis has worked in the health and fitness industry for over a decade. Vidmantas began their career in 2007 as the General Manager and Development and Marketing Director at SEVEN entertainment. In 2009, they became the General Manager at Tiketa, a leading ticketing company in Lithuania. In 2010, they became the General Manager at Siemens Arena, the biggest arena in Lithuania's capital Vilnius. In 2012, they became a Board Member at Impuls LTU and Lemon and Impuls chain, one of the leading fitness club operators in the Baltics. In 2013, they became President and Board Member of the Lithuanian Association of Fitness Clubs. In 2016, they became the CEO of Lemon Gym, the first low-cost fitness chain in the region. In 2018, they became a Board Member at Turto bankas. In 2021, they became an Angel Investor at Mindletic. Most recently, in 2022, they became the CEO & Co-Founder of MELP, a HR-Tech developing leading B2B Employee Benefit Management SaaS and Marketplace.

Vidmantas Siugzdinis completed their Bachelor of Engineering - BE in Construction Project Management from University of Greenwich and VILNIUS TECH - Vilnius Gediminas Technical University. Vidmantas then attended Vilniaus Universiteto Verslo Mokykla / Vilnius University Business School, where they earned their Master of Business Administration - MBA in International Trade in 2006. In 2015, they attended Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance for Executive Education and Professional Board Members. Vidmantas also attended Vilniaus Licejus, though no degree was obtained. Additionally, Vidmantas has obtained several certifications from various institutions, including LinkedIn, INSEAD, and Europe Active.
