Head Of Player Relations at Melsoft

Olga Lapshina has worked at Melsoft since 2017, where they held multiple roles. As the Head of Player Relations, they created strategies for the social media team and customer service development, hired community managers and team leads, and set up tools and processes for work with AppStore and Google Play reviews. Olga also addressed complicated issues such as visual changes of in-game characters through promo campaigns and communication with players. Prior to this role, they worked as the Community and Support Lead, where they developed a customer service strategy and implemented a system of working hours for the team. Additionally, they worked as the Community Lead, where they managed various social media platforms, coordinated moderators and admins, and set up separate groups for core players, conducting interviews with top fans.

Olga Lapshina also has experience at Wargaming, where they worked from 2011 to 2017. Olga started as a Video Host and later took on the roles of Project Manager and Business Assistant.

Olga Lapshina attended Belarusian State University from 2006 to 2011, obtaining a Specialist degree in English, International Relations, and German. In 2014, they received a certification in Cultural Communication in International Business from the Language Centre at Turku University of Applied Sciences. Additionally, in December 2022, they obtained a certification in the Science of Emotion from the Neufeld Instituut.
