Taylor A Murphy

Taylor A Murphy is an experienced professional in data engineering and management, serving as the Founder & CEO and Founder & CPO at Arch since March 2021. Prior experience includes leadership roles at GitLab as Meltano Lead, contributing to the development of data projects, and multiple positions at Concert Genetics, including Director of Data Operations and Director of Data Procurement. Taylor also held the position of Deputy Commander for Cadets with the Civil Air Patrol and founded Clockwork Editing, focusing on enhancing academic writing. With a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Vanderbilt University, Taylor has a strong academic and research background, including contributions to renewable fuel production and metabolic engineering during graduate studies.
