Lassi Valkama has a diverse work experience. Lassi has worked as a People and Culture Lead at Meltlake, where they were responsible for leadership, wellbeing, upskilling, and recruitment. Lassi also facilitated company culture development and led the Support Functions Team. Prior to this, Lassi worked as a Business Owner at Naksuttavapuimakone.com, where they developed and marketed artwork. Lassi also founded Pieni Sirkus, providing coaching, business consulting, and website development services. Lassi worked as a Coach at CrossFit Nousu and CrossFit Sörnäinen, coaching individuals of all age groups and skill levels. Additionally, Lassi has experience as a Sales Manager at Love U Mean It Oy and GoGoCar.fi, and as a Sales Manager at Acsion. Lassi has also worked as a Project Coordinator at Osuuskunta Lilith.

Lassi Valkama obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Workplace community development from Humak University of Applied Sciences, from 2020 to 2022.
