James Mehring is a seasoned Senior Programmer and Database Administrator with over a decade of experience in software development and database management. Currently employed at Meltric Corporation since February 2013, James specializes in creating custom reports using Crystal Reports 2011 and developing applications for the Global Shop Solutions ERP package. Prior to this role, James worked at Computerized Planning Systems, enhancing a custom software package and developing web-based applications with PHP, JavaScript, and HTML. James's extensive career began at Milwaukee Gear Company, where responsibilities included maintaining and improving in-house software across various manufacturing sectors for over 20 years. James holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.

Shortly thereafter, the first of these products was born. Meltric licensed this technology in the early 1980’s and has been supplying its products to North American customers ever since.
