Amanda Shaw

Amanda Shaw is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and client success, currently serving as the APAC Operations Director at Meltwater since October 2016. Amanda has played a crucial role in onboarding clients to the Meltwater solution suite, ensuring they achieve immediate impact and confidence in their workflows. Prior to Meltwater, Amanda held various positions at True Alliance, including Digital Producer and Digital Designer, where responsibilities included project management and enhancing eCommerce performance. Earlier career experiences include graphic design roles at Servcorp and NB Real Estate. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Design from UNSW and has completed a User Experience Design program at General Assembly.
