Cody Konschak

Cody Konschak is an experienced professional in customer success and account management, currently serving as the Enterprise Area Director for Global Accounts at Meltwater since March 2017. In this role, Cody leads the Enterprise Customer Success team, focusing on delivering value and impact for clients across the Healthcare, Financial Services, Media, Technology, and Entertainment sectors. Prior to Meltwater, Cody held various positions at JDL Technologies, Inc., AAJ Technologies, Monster, and Kforce, accumulating extensive experience in account management and client relationships. Cody holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications/Theatre from Indiana Wesleyan University, awarded in 2012.
