Jason C. Napolitano

Jason C. Napolitano is an experienced design leader with a strong background in global design and user experience. Currently serving as VP Global Design at Meltwater since June 2024, Jason has held key positions including Head of Experience Design at Absorb Software and VP of Design at Cision, where responsibilities spanned user experience and design strategy. Previous roles include Experience Design Director at McKinsey & Company and Principal UX Consultant at Lab49, among others. Notable achievements include leading design teams for major brands such as Citibank, AOL, and Samsung, focusing on innovative digital services and creative strategies. Jason holds a BFA in Communication Design from Buffalo State University and furthered education at Birmingham City University.
