Nidhi Tayal

Nidhi Tayal serves as the APAC HR Operations Team Lead at Meltwater, a position held since July 2022, after progressing from an HR Associate role in both Bangalore and Southeast Asia. Concurrently, Nidhi is a part-time Twitch Streamer since November 2020 and has held previous roles including Human Resources Consultant at InvokHR Solutions and Associate Counsellor & Student Coach at Edusky Global Education. Nidhi's early experience includes a Research Intern position at BlewMinds and an Event Officer role with the Environmental Society at the University of Limerick, where an MSc in International Management & Global Business was earned in 2020. Nidhi also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Human Resources Management from Vivekananda School of Professional Studies. Initial work experience includes a two-month internship focused on Human Resource Management Systems at Nav Shikha Polypack Industries Pvt Ltd.
