Nikki Griffiths

Nikki Griffiths is an accomplished publishing professional with extensive experience in senior leadership roles. Currently serving as the Managing Director for Melville House since April 2016, Nikki previously held the position of Publishing Director at Duckworth Publishers from July 2015 to April 2016, where responsibilities included commissioning new titles and managing sales and marketing staff. Prior to this, as Head of Publishing at Hesperus Press Limited from January 2012 to April 2015, Nikki successfully increased sales by over 90% and implemented commercial strategies that significantly enhanced the company's profile. Nikki's career also includes key positions at The Random House Group and Profile Books Ltd, focusing on sales, marketing, and publicity. Educationally, Nikki holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from Birmingham City University.
