Denise van der Ster has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Denise is currently working at Member Driven Technologies as the Manager of Client Relations since July 2022. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Client Relationship Manager at the same company from March 2015. Before that, they worked as a Project Implementation Analyst from March 2013 to March 2015.

In 2011, Denise joined Central Macomb Community Credit Union as the AVP of Lending. In this role, they were responsible for strategic development and operational execution of consumer lending, including branches, centralized lending, call center, and collections. Denise led initiatives to achieve market share and product penetration sales objectives, improve profitability, and streamline operations. Denise also acted as a sales and service coach, leading teams with exceptional loan volume and credit life and disability sales. Denise held this position until February 2013.

Denise's earlier work experience includes a long tenure at Extra Credit Union, where they served as the VP of Operations from April 1990 to March 2011.

Denise van der Ster pursued their education starting from 2002 to 2004 at Rochester University, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Communication. Afterward, they furthered their studies at Central Michigan University from 2011 to 2014. Here, they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resource Administration.
