Rachel Tollefson

Rachel Tollefson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rachel currently serves as the Director of Company Culture & Connection at Member First Mortgage LLC, a role they assumed in February 2022. Prior to this, Rachel held the position of AVP of Administration at the same company from November 2020 to February 2022. Rachel also served as the Executive Assistant & Administrative Manager from June 2019 to November 2020, and as the Executive Administrative Assistant from November 2017 to June 2019.

Before joining Member First Mortgage LLC, Rachel had worked at various organizations. From May 2016 to March 2018, they served as the Interim Worship Director at Spring Valley Church. Rachel also worked at Calvin College as an Assistant for Worship Programming from August 2010 to June 2017. Prior to that, they held the role of Fine Arts & Administrative Coordinator at Spring Valley Community Church from June 2001 to August 2010. Rachel's early career included a role as an Administrative & Communications Assistant at Synod of the Great Lakes, which they held from January 2002 to March 2007.

Rachel Tollefson completed their education at Grand Valley State University from 1997 to 2001. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a specialization in Sculpture & Graphic Design.
