Nickolas Baller is an experienced professional with a diverse background in partner success and customer insights. Currently serving as Partner Success Director and previously as Partner Success Manager at Member Loyalty Group since November 2018, Nickolas collaborates with over 60 credit unions to utilize world-class MX platforms to fulfill organizational objectives. Additionally, Nickolas holds the position of Senior Voice of the Customer Analyst at Mayo Clinic since June 2022, and previously managed the NPS Program and led a cross-functional Voice of the Customer team at PSECU from June 2014 to June 2018. Early career experience includes a Sales & Marketing internship at Pressfield Co Ltd, focusing on FOB pricing and eCommerce projects. Nickolas earned a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business and East Asian Studies from Dickinson College, with prior education at St. Olaf College.
