Lasha Banks

Lasha Banks has a diverse work experience ranging from roles in implementation management, technical support, fraud analysis, cybersecurity, office administration, and sales. Lasha most recently worked at MemberClicks by Personify as an Implementation Manager I and previously as a Technical Support Analyst. Before that, they worked as a Consumer Protection Fraud Analyst I at Cox Automotive Inc. and as a Cybersecurity Intern at Year Up. Lasha also has experience in office administration as an Office Assistant at LaGrange College and in sales as a Sales Associate at Tournesol, LLC. Lasha started their professional career as a Guidance Department Administrative Assistant at Benjamin E. Mays High School. Lasha's skills include customer service, investigation, analysis, administrative support, and training.

Lasha Banks has a diverse education history. In 2012, they received their Diploma in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Mays High School. Lasha then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature, General at LaGrange College from 2016 to 2020. In 2011, Lasha also completed a Pre-College Summer Course in Visual and Performing Arts at Sweet Briar College.

To further enhance their skills and employability, Lasha completed a certificate program in Customer Service Skills Training at Teach4Life from 2013 to 2014. Lasha also enrolled in Year Up in 2019, where they undertook training in Cybersecurity. While at Year Up, Lasha obtained certifications in CIS 203: Computer Network Support and CIS 350: Cyber Security in March 2020. Additionally, they earned the Microsoft Office Specialist Excel 2016 certification from Microsoft in December 2019.

Looking ahead, Lasha is currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Cyber Security at Eastern Gateway Community College, starting in 2022.
