Amy Merriman

Amy Merriman has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Amy started their career as an Area Sales Representative at Takeda in 2000 and worked there until 2007. From 2007 to 2014, Amy worked at Amylin Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Diabetes Sales Executive. In 2013, they joined North Carolina State University as an Event Coordinator for the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, where they planned and organized educational conferences and symposiums until 2015. In 2014, Amy also started working as a Customer Success Consultant at MemberHub.com, and they are currently still in that role. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as an Event Coordinator at the City of Raleigh Municipal Government, specifically for the Raleigh Hall of Fame. In 2019, Amy joined Lenovo as an NA Event Strategist and stayed until 2020. Additionally, they have volunteered as an NC PTA Volunteer at the Wake County Public School System since 2007.

Amy Merriman attended East Carolina University from 1990 to 1994, where they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science. Amy later pursued a Master of Science degree in Construction Management from the same university, completing it in 1995.
