Nicole Merlo

Nicole Merlo has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nicole is currently working as a Senior Client Success Manager at MemberHub since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Client Success Manager at Built Technologies from July 2021 to January 2023, and at KEV Group from January 2020 to July 2021 in the same role.

Before joining KEV Group, Nicole served as a Sales Executive at Technology Resource Associates (TRA) Powered By KEV Group from January 2019 to January 2020. Nicole also held the position of Account Manager at the same company from May 2017 to January 2019.

Nicole'sprevious experience includes working as a Customer Implementation Training Specialist at P4 Technologies, LLC from January 2017 to May 2017. Nicole also gained experience as a Front Desk Receptionist for Housing and Residence Life at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington from August 2014 to January 2017.

Nicole started their career as a Recruiting Coordinator/Campus Ambassador Intern at Northwestern Mutual from January 2016 to December 2016. Additionally, they worked as an Executive Assistant at Medical Specialties during the summers between their college school years from June 2014 to July 2015.

Nicole Merlo received their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 2017 from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. During their time there, they specialized in Human Resources Management and pursued a minor in Psychology.
