Denise Mullen

Denise Mullen is currently the Director at Members 1st. Prior to that, they were with RITE AID from February 2020 to September 2021, where they held the title of Beauty Care Category Management. Denise has also previously worked with Ahold Delhaize as their Vice President of Direct Store Delivery from January 2010 to December 2018.

While at Ahold Delhaize, Denise was responsible for overseeing DSD merchandising with P&L responsibility for $3B in annual sales across 4 divisions—Stop & Shop New England, Stop & Shop New York, Giant Foods Carlisle, and Giant Foods Landover. Denise led and developed 8 category managers and teams in 2 locations, and was recognized by Progressive Grocer for their outstanding leadership. Denise successfully increased YOY sales through strategy development and execution, leadership, and product assortment management. Denise also collaborated with vendors to design new item launch strategies and coordinate funding utilization to achieve mutually beneficial growth goals.
