Eric Bush

Eric Bush is the current CFO at Members 1st. Eric has over fifteen years of experience in finance and accounting. Eric started their career as a Senior Accountant at Andrew Corporation. Eric then spent two years as Vice President, C&IS Finance at Northern Trust. In this role, they were responsible for the day-to-day operations of the accounting/finance department, including month-end close and the preparation of financial reporting for senior management and the Board of Directors. Eric also oversaw and enhanced the current internal control environment and maintained daily cash flow forecasting. In 2016, Eric left Northern Trust to become the Corporate Controller at Allant Group. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of four accounting professionals in daily tasks, preparing the annual budget, and providing analytical and financial support to various functional departments. Eric left Allant Group in 2017 to become a Manager, Finance & Accounting at Urban Partnership Bank. Eric held this position until 2018 when they left to become the CFO at Members 1st.

After completing their undergraduate studies in accountancy at Northern Illinois University, Eric Bush pursued an MBA in finance from DePaul Driehaus College of Business.

Eric Bush reports to George Nahodil, President & CEO. They are on a team with Garth Pricer - Chief Information Officer, Jason Reimer - Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel, and Frank Serina - Chief Risk Officer.
